Design process

My design process brings teams together around clear problem definition, aligns stakeholders early, and iterates toward scalable solutions grounded in user insight and business goals.

I start by aligning on the real problem. Through stakeholder conversations, user insight, and product context, I help teams define clear objectives, constraints, and success metrics before moving into solutions.

01 - Clarify the Problem

Design works best when everyone is moving in the same direction. I facilitate early alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to reduce ambiguity and build shared ownership from outset.

02 - Align the Team

With clarity established, I lead collaborative exploration - testing ideas quickly, validating assumptions, and iterating based on feedback and data. The goal is progress, not perfection.

03 - Explore & Iterate

I ensure solutions are not only well-designed but scalable and feasible. This includes working closely with engineering, contributing to systems thinking, and maintaining momentum through delivery.

04 - Deliver with Intent

After launch, I look at performance, team learnings, and system impact - refining the solution and strengthening the design foundation for what comes next.

05 - Reflect & Evolve

I believe strong design teams are built through intentional support, clear expectations, and continuous feedback. I work closely with designers to understand their strengths, areas for growth, and career ambitions — helping them build confidence, sharpen their thinking, and expand their strategic impact.

Through regular 1:1s, constructive critique, and collaborative problem-solving, I create an environment where designers feel supported, challenged, and empowered to take ownership of their work.

I see process not just as a delivery tool, but as a way to support team growth.
